For orders shipping within India, taxes are included. Shipping is complimentary. For orders shipping internationally, taxes are included. But, in some rare cases, there would be custom duty charges. In this case, the customer must pay the duty charges at the time of delivery.

Yes, in case you have ordered the painting and made the payment, you will have 12 hours to change your decision and cancel order. Cancellation can be done by either writing an email to - 'belaku.vinu@gmail.com' or send a whatsapp message to +91 9964598548. In case if it is more than 12 hours after ordering the painting, you will have to wait until you receive the shipment and send back the shipment. You will be eligible to get 75% of the payment as refund amount. Additionally, the customer must also pay return shipping charges.

Some works are framed, while others are not. If a work comes with a frame, it will be mentioned in the Product page. Large canvas paintings are removed from the frame, rolled and put in a hard plastic tube for shipping. Such canvas paintings must be framed locally by the customer.

The artwork is packaged and shipped professionally with abundant safety. However, in the highly unlikely event that an item is delivered to you in damaged condition, it should be reported to us within 12 hours of reaching you (Ping us on whatsapp with photographs of the damage. We can ship it to almost all countries which has DHL and Garudavega courier services.

Keep all type of artworks away from direct sun. Keep Paper works away from humid areas like bathrooms. For regular maintenance, clean the surface of canvas with a soft dry cloth. Once in a while, especially during monsoons remove the artwork from the wall and let the wall surface & back of the artwork breathe.
